Key elements of the classes

- lessons are structured from beginner through to intermediate

- it's partner dancing, but dancers may attend individually, or as couples, class rotation operates

- be prepared to ask for a dance, and allow yourself to be be asked - make yourself available!

- take care to arrive in a clean hygienic state and bring a change of shirt if necessary

- all venues have licensed bars so please do not bring your own alcohol; water supplied FOC

- we advise against wearing trainers and high heel shoes, particularly stilettos

- if you have any health concerns whatsoever please get yourself checked out prior to dancing
