All classes are ‘pay as you go’; there is no need to book. All lessons are progressively structured. Do not worry if you miss a week through holiday etc as moves are repeated regularly. Class rotation operates.
Dancers may attend individually or as a couple. We advise against wearing trainers and high heel shoes, particularly stilettos.
We teach social dancing and so the exercise is sociable and gently aerobic in nature. If you have any health concerns whatsoever please get yourself checked out prior to dancing.
